Delivery
Orders will be couriered within New Zealand in 5 working days, subject to availability. For rural deliveries allow an extra 2 days for delivery. Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
International orders are sent via New Zealand Post international airmail economy. View NZ Post's information about international delivery.
For orders sent to a business address please include the name of the business. If delivery is to a home address, please ensure somebody will be there to sign for it. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box unless by prior arrangement.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are based on shipping destination. Cost per shipment (in NZ$):
- New Zealand : $ 5.95
- Australia/Pacific Islands: $12.00
- Pacific Rim: $16.00
- United States/Canada: $16.00
- UK/Europe/Rest of the world: $20.00
